Lipizzaners in Constantia

House music in South Africa is a language of freedom, resistance and unity, rooted in township parties and community gatherings. As the global commercial house grows louder, spaces like The Loft provide a sanctuary where the original, soulful essence can breathe, keeping the culture alive and authentic.
The line-up features Soulfreakah, Fizz & Shai-A, Danideevine, Chef KD, and the co-founder Lonwabo “Man of Lemon” Mgoduso.

This is the latest theatrical offering from South African entertainer Nataniël, known for his long and varied career as a singer, songwriter, storyteller and performer.
In this show, he teams up with pianist Charl du Plessis in an intimate, music‑driven production that examines themes like discomfort, guilt, denial and everyday frustration with a mix of humour and empathy.
Nataniël’s style has always been equal parts storytelling and mischief, rooted in South African culture, where he’ll make you laugh, roll your eyes, and maybe even snort your drink out your nose.
