Private Presley – The Ballet

The extraordinary life of the iconic entertainer will come to life on stage in February. The production will come with a South African twist as the Mzansi Ballet is set to present “Private Presley – The Ballet”, Sean Bovim’s powerful reimagining of the life of the legendary American singer and actor.

International star Jorge Wade will star as Elvis while South African Prima Ballerina Angela Revie takes on the role of his wife, Priscilla Presley. It will also offer an emotionally-charged tribute to a cultural icon.

The play will explore themes of love, fame, and Elvis’s time in the military. In addition, this evocative ballet will feature striking costumes by David Hutt.

When: February 13 to 15. Show times differ.
