Rocking the Daisies 2025
This epic four-day music and camping experience is kicking off the first festival of the season in the Mother City.
One of this year’s biggest highlights will be R&B superstars Summer Walker and Jessie Reyez taking to the stage.
The rest of the line-up will include DJ Zinhle, A-Reece, DJ Lag, Earl Sweatshirt and RealFkaMash.
Apart from the live acts, there will also be other entertainment, lifestyle exhibitions and food stations.
Where: The Cloof Wine Estate in Darling.
When: Runs until Sunday, October 5, with shows at different times each day.
CPT Opera: Duet Endowment Trust Gala
Cape Town Opera(CTO) and the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra will present the Duet Endowment Trust’s Gala Concert.
This event will be headlined by internationally acclaimed soprano Golda Schultz and baritone Jacques Imbrailo, alongside Cape Town Opera’s House Soloists, Judith Nielson Young Artists.
They will also be joined by CTO’s Vocal Ensemble and Children’s Chorus while the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra is conducted by British-Italian maestro Gaetano Lo Coco.

Franschhoek Classic Car Festival
Motorheads are in for a treat at the second edition of the Franschhoek Classic Car Festival, which is returning to Cape Town this weekend.
It will feature car displays, Formula One tributes, anniversary showcases, and access to the Franschhoek Museum of Motoring.
Where: The Franschhoek Huguenot Memorial Monument.
When: Saturday, October 4, and Sunday, October 5, from 10am.
