
The 76th Golden Globe Awards took place last night (3am SAST, Monday the 7th of Jan), honouring all the best feature films & television series of 2018 as chosen by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. The Golden Globes opens up awards season and usually acts as a good thermometer come time for the Oscars next month
The Golden Globes truly lived up to its reputation as the Oscars’ fun, wilder awards show sibling on Sunday evening, with hosts Andy Samberg and Sandra Oh shepherding us to an evening of laughter and shock moments – even if the pacing felt a little off. Amy Poehler and Maya Rudolph almost made out & Christian Bale even hailed Satan in his acceptance speech. For all the rest of the evenings big winners check out our list below.
