Rap mogul Jay-Z, 55, whose real name is Shawn Corey Carter, 55, has been accused of raping a 13-year-old girl together with the infamous alleged rapist and human trafficker Sean “Diddy” Combs.

The rape case was filed as a civil lawsuit by an anonymous woman, with Jay-Z reportedly saying that the allegations are ‘ridiculous’.

NBC News reported that the accuser said the incident occurred after she was transported to an MTV Video Music Awards after-party in the new millennial.

The federal lawsuit was originally first filed in October and named Diddy as a defendant. It was resubmitted on Sunday, December 9 and added Jay-Z.

The musician to NBC News: “These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree?”

He stated that if this were the case, the alleged victims would be entitled to proper justice.

“You have made a terrible error in judgement thinking that all ‘celebrities’ are the same,” the rapper continued. “I am not from your world. I am a young man who made it out of the project of Brooklyn. We don’t play these types of games. We have very strict codes and honour. We protect children.”

According to NBC News, the woman alleges that a friend dropped the then-teenager off at the VMAs at Radio City Music Hall.

However, as a 13-year-old, she reportedly did not have a ticket and contacted several limousine drivers in an attempt to acquire admission to the event or an after-party.

In the lawsuit, a driver supposedly told her that he worked for Diddy and that she ”fit what Diddy was looking for.’

He invited her to a party after the event and urged her to return to his car later in the evening after he drove Carter and Combs, reads the lawsuit.
