Patrick Radden Keefe’s “London Falling: A Mysterious Death in a Gilded City and a Family’s Search for Truth” is a gripping narrative non-fiction work that explores the tragic 2019 death of 19-year-old Zac Brettler.

“After he died, his parents had to become investigators, detectives, to figure out what had happened to him. And in the process, they discovered that he had lived a secret life, a double life that they did not know about, pretending that he was the son of a Russian oligarch.”
