South African actress Simphiwe “Simz” Ngema penned a heartfelt birthday tribute to the father of her children, Tinotenda “Tino” Chinyani, as he celebrated his 31st birthday.
Ngema shared an Instagram post of carousel images of their pictures, and reflected on how Chinyani’s characteristics, such a resilience, spontaneity and his love for God, have taught her many positive life lessons.
She wrote: “Dear Wumpa, You are an amazing human being, a great father, son and brother, but this post is not about that, it’s about who you are to me and how you make me feel.
“You have amazing eyes, they are beautiful, but what I love about them most is how they look at me. Every time you look at me, I feel loved. You inspire me to love harder,” Ngema said.
She added that Chinyani inspires her to want more in life and to also learn to live and be in the moment.
“You have an amazing mind that forces me to better myself. You are a big dreamer, you’ve inspired me to want more for myself and out of life, like you always say, God is not on a budget.
“Your spontaneity used to make me more nervous, but from it I’ve learnt to live a little more. I’ve learnt to smell the roses, watch the sunrise and always be in the moment,” the TV personality shared.
She continued to add that the model’s resilience has taught her not to be afraid of failure and that his love for God has also taught her to have a better relationship with him.
She concluded her heartfelt and emotional message by wishing him a happy birthday.
“Happy birthday. If you ever had any doubts, let me reassure you, you’re doing great. Thank you for being you. Always and forever,” Ngema wrote.
The couple, who share two beautiful children, always embrace and praise each other through dedicated social media posts.
Just a few weeks ago, Ngema celebrated her birthday, and Chinyani shared an emotional post on her birthday.
He praised Ngema and said that she is “the most beautiful blessing” and “a heaven-sent mother” to their children.
The couple started dating in 2019, and they broke up in 2021; however, in 2023, they patched things up and started dating again.
In 2020, the pair welcomed their child, and last September, they welcomed their second child.
