The Board of Build One South Africa (BOSA) has taken the decision to terminate the party membership of Gauteng Provincial Legislature, Ayanda Allie.
The decision was finalised after the conclusion of an internal disciplinary process.
Since July 2025, when BOSA first indicated its intention to start disciplinary proceedings, the issues leading to these actions have been under consideration for over a year.
According to BOSA Board Chairperson Stevens Mokgalapa, the party engaged in continuous efforts via consultation, mediation, and engagement to reach an amicable resolution over an extended duration.
It became clear, however, that no workable foundation existed to resolve the issue, notwithstanding these endeavours.
Mokgalapa said: “In accordance with the Party’s Constitution, Ms Allie was afforded the opportunity to appeal the Board’s decision but has elected not to exercise that right.
The Board’s decision is therefore final.”
He added: “BOSA extends its gratitude to Ayanda for her service to the party and the citizens of Gauteng, and we wish her well in her future endeavors.”
