TV and radio presenter Bibi Mbangula joins Moja Love as the new host of “Molao O Reng” (what does the law say?), a legal reality show that offers South Africans expert guidance on real-life legal issues.

Known for her work as a DJ, voice-over artist, and NBA analyst, Mbangula steps into a role that aligns with her passion for storytelling and community empowerment.

The weekly programme invites members of the public to bring forward their legal disputes, which are then unpacked by attorneys who guide them through possible resolutions.

“Molao O Reng” aims to make the law more understandable and accessible, while educating viewers on their rights and available legal options for whatever legal issues they may face.

With Mbangula’s relatable presence and empathetic approach, the show offers a human perspective that makes the law easier to understand and apply in everyday life.

The show was first introduced to viewers in March and was hosted by media personality and “Umkhokha” actor Sthandwa Nzuza. Now, Mbangula takes over the reins as the latest host.

Mbangula is no stranger to South African media. Her previous work includes the “By The Way with Bibi” segment on 5FM’s 5Drive, where she highlighted stories of young South Africans making a difference.

“Hosting Molao o Reng is more than just a TV gig for me. It’s a platform to serve, inform and empower our people,” said Mbangula.

“The law can often feel intimidating or out of reach, and this show is about breaking those barriers, making legal knowledge accessible and practical.

“I’m honoured to be the bridge between experts and everyday South Africans who need clarity, guidance, and sometimes just to feel heard,” she concluded.

The show airs every Thursday at 5pm, with a repeat broadcast at 8.30pm on Moja Love (DStv channel 157).
