Two 14-year-old twin boys have been stabbed to death at their home in Mamelodi West, east of Pretoria.
Police were called to the house on Friday, where they found the bodies of the teenagers inside a bedroom.
The twins had sustained multiple stab wounds.
Police spokesperson Colonel Dimakatso Nevhuhulwi said the boys’ mother reportedly discovered their bodies when she returned home from work.
“The circumstances surrounding the incident are unknown at this stage, and no one has been arrested.”
Police investigations are underway as detectives work to establish what led to the deaths and who was responsible.
