The National Extreme Festival
Designed for both motorsport enthusiasts and casual visitors, this festival brings together high-performance cars, motorcycles and drivers from across the country for an action-packed day of racing.
Spectators can watch touring cars, superbikes and supercars compete in a variety of thrilling races, with each lap offering high-octane excitement and plenty of heart-pounding moments.
But the festival isn’t just about the action on the track. It’s built to be a full-day experience for the whole family.
Fans get the chance to go behind the scenes with access to the pits, where they can meet drivers, see the vehicles up close and learn more about the world of motorsport.
For those seeking an extra adrenaline rush, there are drift car rides, karting experiences and interactive driving activities that let visitors feel like part of the action.
Outside of the racing, the festival transforms into a vibrant celebration of entertainment and community. Live music, food stalls, market vendors, and carnival-style activities provide a festive atmosphere, while kids can enjoy magic shows, interactive exhibits, and animal displays

RMB Starlight Classics
This show returns with an inspiring mix of classical and contemporary performances. Under the AfroSymphonic banner, internationally acclaimed musicians, rising stars, and the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra unite for unforgettable repertoire spanning Bizet, Chopin, Peter Gabriel, Laurika Rauch, and more.
The programme features renowned South African talents including Meghan Kahts, Levy Sekgapane, Msaki, Arno Carstens and Blackbyrd, alongside future stars from LAMTA.
Staged against Vergelegen’s Homestead backdrop, the event celebrates artistic excellence, African innovation, and the transformative power of music, offering audiences world-class performances beneath the African sky.
