Work is continuing to restore eThekwini Municipality’s external prepaid electricity vending system following a technical challenge.

At the time, the City issued a statement explaining that customers were unable to purchase prepaid electricity tokens via banking applications, retail outlets, or third-party mobile vending platforms.
