The RnB music fans are in for a real treat at the Once Upon A Time In Joburg taking place on December 7.

Organisers had previously announced American R&B duo “Dvsn” (pronounced division) as the headline act and now they have curated a lineup that features some of the country’s top soulful singers.

“Sunday Blues” hitmaker Langa Mavuso will be performing his well known hits and music from his 2025 album release.

Grammy-award winning musician Una Rams who also released a new album in 2025 will be taking to the stage and serenading audiences with his voice and music.

The female artists have not been left out; musician Filah Lah Lah will take to the stage and so will British artist Jaz Karis, following her sold-out 2025 world tour.

The event was initially meant to be held at Fourways Farmers Market in Johannesburg but fans weren’t too pleased with the venue and the demand was for a bigger location. Organisers ended up deciding to host the event at Marks Park Sports Club.

“Dvsn”, renowned for their hit debut album “SEPT 5TH” and their smooth vocals and captivating performances, are sure to deliver an unforgettable experience.

The two-man band consists of Daniel Daley and producer Nineteen85. Their last album, “Working On My Karma”, was released three years ago, and they have since assured fans that new music is on the way.

The duo will also be performing in the Mother City and Mzansi musicians Rowlene and Bilal Da Dj will be performing alongside.

“Once Upon a Time in Joburg” has previously brought American artists such as Xavier Omar, GoldLink and British singer Sasha Keable to perform in the country.
