Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, has shared a touching birthday tribute on social media for her husband, Prince Harry.
The Duke of Sussex celebrated his 42nd birthday on September 15. Meghan took to her Instagram page to honour the occasion with a heartfelt video montage capturing some of Harry’s most cherished moments.
The video, a nostalgic collection of photographs, featured a range of memories, including striking black-and-white shots of Harry.
Among the array of images, Meghan included snaps of Harry with their children, Archie and Lilibet. One particularly touching moment showed Harry holding hands with Lilibet as they enjoyed a skiing trip, a testament to their close family bond.
The montage also features picturesque scenes in the English countryside, symbolising the family’s return to Harry’s home country after six years in California.
The Sussexes’ journey back to the UK has been well-documented. After arriving on August 26, Archie and Lilibet quickly settled into their new surroundings as they embarked on a new school year. Meghan and Harry shared glimpses of their return to the UK through yet another video, giving a glimpse into the family’s adaptation to rural life.
The heartfelt clip featured Meghan and Harry strolling hand-in-hand through the picturesque countryside, with a playful introduction from Meghan as she called out to Harry.
Accompanied by Wham!’s upbeat classic “Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go,” the video showcased snippets of wholesome family life, from Harry fishing with the children to Lilibet riding her bicycle as Archie enthusiastically ran alongside her. One particularly heartwarming moment showed one of the children warming their feet by a crackling fireplace.
