In a final act of resilience and advocacy, Virginia Giuffre’s deeply personal and unflinching memoir, “Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice,” will be published on October 21, 2025.
The book was completed before her death in April, and highlights her commitment to speak up for survivors, unveil systemic failures, and inspire change.
Giuffre, who died in April at the age of 41, had worked on the 400-page memoir alongside journalist Amy Wallace over four years.
In an emotional email written shortly before her passing, she expressed her “heartfelt wish” that the memoir be released irrespective of her fate, believing it could “impact many lives” and spark critical discussions on justice and trafficking.
Published by Alfred A. Knopf, the memoir includes intimate, disturbing and heartbreaking new details of Giuffre’s experiences with Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and other influential figures, including Prince Andrew, marking her first public remarks on the matter since their 2022 settlement.
Knopf describes the narrative as “raw and shocking,” celebrating Giuffre’s journey from trauma to advocacy.
Born in California in 1983 and later living in Australia, Giuffre became a fearless champion for survivors, founding the organisation Victims Refuse Silence.
She brought her experiences to light in lawsuits against Epstein and Maxwell and in media interviews around the world.
With this memoir, Giuffre’s voice offers a powerful testament to survival, resilience, and the urgent need for systemic change.
