Relief for City customers as load shedding won’t be implemented until late PM

There’s some relief for City of Cape Town customers as load shedding will not be implemented until 4pm this afternoon. This as the rest of the country or Eskom customers experience stage 2 power cuts as the utility struggles to keep up with demand. The country has been gripped with various levels of escalated stages of load shedding for months now, with the long term effects of the power cuts negatively impacting the economy.

No load-shedding: 06:00 – 16:00
