South Africans evading paying for TV license

South Africans firmly believe that paying a TV License is not the right thing to do, as evasion rates remain high.

This is according to the SABC’s annual report for this year.

The reports show that the TV license fee evasion rate is still a concern as the license fee collection rates indicate an evasion rate of 81,7percent.
