How cool would it be for Tyla to start her own band? I mean, she already has global stardom, a massive fan base, and she’s only 23. There’s so much more she could do, and it looks like she’s already thinking ahead.
While taking a break from killing it on her Philippines tour, Tyla took to Instagram to post some late-night thoughts that got fans and American R&B singer Kehlani excited.
The post included pictures and screenshots showing her big idea. The first image was a GIF of a glamorous cartoon character in a robe drying its hair, followed by a screenshot of a conversation where she seems to tell someone at 6.15 in the morning that she wants to start a band.
The other images she shared included bands in action, from drummers to lead singers, letting fans in on the vibe she’s imagining. Her caption read: “#latenightthoughts I’d go by Jasmin, and I’d have my hair in cornrows all the time.”
Fans got excited in the comment section, loving the idea of a new side of Tyla. Even Kehlani joined the conversation, asking if she could play the drums.
Jasmin with cornrows, drums, singers and the whole band setup? We are here for this late-night thought.
This is one of the perfect examples of how the Grammy award-winning singer keeps her fans engaged even when she’s off stage. While she’s a global superstar, she does not let that cloud her personality and is not shy to be her true self.
The “Chanel” singer doesn’t just focus on music releases and performances; she also gives glimpses of her creative brain at work and is definitely caught up on the latest social media viral memes.
Tyla also handles her own social media pages, which makes it easier for fans to witness her thoughts in real time.
She recently posted on X about her excitement to build a different connection with her fans while on tour, saying: “Feels so good to tour and build a diff typa connection w my supporters. Luv, to you guys fr!!! 💋🐾”
One fan responded, “Please stop using abbreviations and write in full sentences or get someone to write your caption aowa.”
The singer clapped back in true Tyla style with her usual charm, “Yoh, hai you acting like I’m writing an exam.”
Many of Tyla’s supporters enjoy her original posts and love that she does not have a social media manager.
