Close friends and family, including original cast members of “The Real Housewives of Durban”, gathered to celebrate businessman Vivian Reddy’s 73rd birthday at Sorisha Naidoo’s luxurious penthouse in Umhlanga on February 22.
The event was a heart-warming occasion filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments.
Reddy celebrated this special milestone surrounded by his wife, Sorisha Naidoo, and their children, Saihil and Kalina.
In a touching tribute, Naidoo shared a heartfelt message on her Instagram account, expressing her deep affection for her husband.
“To my dearest love, on this joyous birthday: Bravo for embracing the night until midnight’s whisper, swaying with the boundless spirit of youth, and pouring out affection as if every moment were our last.
“As I’ve always whispered, you are a rare gem among millions – a heavyweight champion reigning supreme in my heart. With your touch, all turns to shimmering gold, and victory trails your every step. LYW,” she wrote.
The post featured a delightful video of the couple joyously counting down to the cake-cutting ceremony, followed by an affectionate moment where Naidoo fed Reddy a piece of cake amidst the cheers of friends and family.
In response to Naidoo’s heartfelt words, Reddy expressed his gratitude: “Your words touch my heart in ways I cannot fully express. Thank you for your beautiful love, your constant strength, and the joy you bring into my life every single day.
“You are the true gold in my journey, my partner, my inspiration, and the heart of our family. Every victory, every step forward, is brighter because you walk beside me. I am truly blessed to share this life with you.”
Naidoo and Reddy, who tied the knot in 2003, recently celebrated their 22nd wedding anniversary in January 2026, marking over two decades of love and partnership.
Together, they have two children: a son named Saihil and a daughter named Kalina.
The birthday celebration also served as a reunion for “The Real Housewives of Durban” cast, with Nonku Williams attending alongside her partner, Lungani Rammaledi, and Jojo and Calven Robinson.
Williams described the evening as a glorious night, highlighting the joy of spending time together and celebrating Reddy’s special day.
