Out and About: Here’s what’s on this weekend in the Cape

It’s another exciting weekend lined up for the Cape, with live music taking center stage! Steven Taylor, podcast host of the Indaba Show, has put together a guide called “Out and About” filling you in on the latest events.

Arno Carstens live at Deus Ex Machina 

One of South Africa’s rock legends, Arno Carstens will be playing live at Deus Ex Machina in Hout Bay on Sunday 26 February. The doors open at 12pm and the show starts at 3pm. It promises to be a truly brilliant show with songs from Springbok Nude Girls as well as all his hits.

Ticket Prices are R220 per person or R120 per child under 12. Tickets available via Quicket.

Carstens is also no stranger to the Magic 828 family, last year he was a guest on the Indaba Show podcast which you can listen to right here.

James Stewart & John Ellis

Catch James Stewart and John Ellis on Friday the 24th of February at Café Roux. The doors open at 6pm and the show starts at 7:30pm.

Kirstenbosch Summer Sunset Concert

This week’s lineup is a goodie! Catch Goodluck and Shekinah at the Kirstenbosch Summer Sunset Concert on Sunday 26th February from 17:15pm.
