Ndlala Arena was buzzing over the weekend as R&B’s smoothest musicians gave performances that left many wanting more.
For its second year of Ndlala Grandeur II at Ndlala Arena in Pretoria, the businessman married to presenter and DJ Lerato Kganyago went bigger and better.
Ndlala added another night, featuring a lineup of artists who were the soundtrack of the 90s.
Not only did the stars Ginuwine, Grammy Award winner Mýa, Case, Tyrese and RL give the audience a memorable performance, but they were also honoured with a star on the Ndlala Walk of Fame.
The Ndlala Walk of Fame is located outside of the mall, and the stars who perform at the arena sign the star and receive one that they take home. Each star gets their own moment with Ndlala presenting the star and cameras flashing away.
Ndlala goes all out for his special guests, laying out the red carpet, personally fetching them from the airport with top private security and luxury vehicles.
South Africa’s award-winning musician Zonke was also honoured with a star on the Ndlala Walk of Fame. She performed on night one of Ndlala Grandeur.
Ginuwine showed he still has it by singing the classic songs many South Africans know and love. Tyrese wowed the audience, even giving the ladies roses.
Local stars Vusi Nova and Brian Themba also performed.
Ndlala Grandeur II gave fans a memorable experience, with many sharing their experiences online.
The concert was also attended by Mzansi’s famous faces, with stars like Faith Nketsi, Nomalanga Shozi, Pearl Thusi and Paulette Neo.
