The Springboks touched down in Cape Town on Monday 11 November and visited parts of the Mother City on the final leg of their #SpringbokTrophyTour. The bus made its way from Cape Town City Hall, around the CBD and then down the N2 to Langa, Belhar and Elsies River.
Magic828 decided to show them a little love as they drove passed our studio, and promptly started a party on the N2! We celebrated the 2019 Rugby World Cup victory with hundreds of fans as the bus drove passed and the players waved their appreciation.
Cape Town residents poured out of businesses, stopped their cars and lined the Raapenberg bridge to see their rugby heroes in the flesh!
