The City of Cape Town urges residents to make use of its easy-to-use and convenient Walk-In Centre Online Booking System ahead of the busy November and December months. Traditionally, these months are the busiest of the year with many residents preferring to do their urgent business during this time. The City reminds residents to plan their visits to a City Customer office ahead of time during the upcoming busy months, use e-Services or make an online booking.
