The team of scientists spent more than two years testing their electronic apparatus in the Mawana game reserve. The groundbreaking research paves the way for deeper studies of wild primates’ intelligence, which could include virtual reality games.

Sheba the 8 year old female tiger which escaped from a property in the south of Johannesburg has been shot dead in the early hours of this morning. She had been on the loose in Johannesburg since the weekend. Reports say Sheba attacked and killed domestic farm animal and she was killed to protect residents.

BBC apologises for sexual sounds playing live on air
The BBC has apologised after pornographic moans were heard while its presenters covered a soccer match live on air. One presenter tweeted that the source of the noise came from a phone which had been taped to the back of the set.
