President Cyril Ramaphosa is expected to be in parliament today to listen to finance minister Enoch Godongwana table his Medium Term Budget Policy Statement. The speech is to set in motion government policy goals and priorities, forecasts, macro-economy trajectory and projects the fiscal framework over the next three years by outlining spending and revenue estimates. The finance minister is expected to take to the podium by 2pm.
