SA government continues to monitor for any terrorist threats after US issues alert

The SA government says law enforcement agencies will continue to monitor for any threats to the people of the country and sovereignty. This comes after the US Embassy issued a terror alert for a possible terrorist attack for the Sandton area this weekend. The government says that threats are assessed continuously and are acted upon to ensure the safety of all.
