Sleeping could help with weightloss- Sleep experts

Sleep experts have revealed that sleep could actually get you to lose weight. According to the experts you can burn about 50 calories per hour while you sleep, which is approximately 400 calories a night. This is provided however that you sleep in a room temperature of about 18 degrees celsius with limited light exposure before bed and that you ensure that your exercise regularly. Sleep experts say the quality of your sleep can have a major impact on your weightloss programme.
